Hays Gallery London

I was shooting at Hays Gallery in London with my tripod and I didn’t get sent away by the security guards – they just wanted to know if I’m shooting commercially. Once I told them, no – they left me alone.

This is not an HDR, btw. Single exposure processed in Adobe Lightroom 3.

Full moon over Tower Bridge

London is a great city for urban landscape photography and especially during twilight it really shines. Last July, I visited it with a friend to attend a Joe McNally lighting seminar – highly recommended btw and besides the awesome educational part a really funny experience.

The picture below is a tone-mapped HDR composed of 4 exposures shot between 2.5 and 20 seconds

Exif Info:

  • Exposure Time: 2.5, 5, 10, 20 sec.
  • Aperture: f/11
  • ISO: 100
  • Focal Length: 15mm (15mm Fisheye)

The bright spot on the left is the full-moon, by the way.

#52/365 Triangles

I found this very cool looking building right next to London bridge and shot it straight up (imagine me lying on the floor with hundreds of people walking-by thinking that guy must be crazy)
